Trapped on one of the outlying islands of Hong Kong, due to a disruption in the ferry service, an assassin, Bruce (Jacky Wu Jing) accepts a nights hospitality from Holly (Celina Jade) who turns out to be a policewoman. Also stuck on the island are a group of criminals, on the hunt for Bruce. When a headless body emerges events starts to suck in the police force, the criminal gang and Bruce.
